What You'll Do.

- Define software architecture, collaborate across teams & mitigate risks for our no-code blockchain platform.

- Ensure adherence to software quality assurance & SOLID design principles.

- Mentor & guide teams while fostering a culture of ethics & teamwork.

- Take end-to-end feature ownership from design to deployment.

- Deliver solutions for complex business problems through software standard SDLC.

- Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including product, business and sales partners.

- Build and manage strong technical teams that deliver complex software solutions that scale.

What Experience :

You Need :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in development.

- Expertise in Java & Spring (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch, Spring Security).

- Strong knowledge of ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).

- Proficiency in web-related protocols & architectures (MVC, REST, JSON, HTTP).

- Solid object-oriented analysis & design with common design patterns.

- Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL & JSONB exposure is a plus).

- Hands-on experience with message brokers (Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ).

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with a passion for clean code & agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban).

- Exposure to industry standards (12-Factor App, JSON Schema).

Good to have :

- Experience in low-code/no-code platforms. Prior work in a product-based company.

- Working with Graph data structures & libraries.

- Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development & Mocking Frameworks.

- Experience with OAuth authentication & Azure libraries.
