Job Description
Position : Divisional Sales Manager
Role : Manage & achieve sales volume , value & growth
targets of the a single/multiple Depot through a team of Area Sales Manager(s). Tracking competition activities and local Market trend. Expand wide retail distribution network within the territory and implement effective network management schemes.
Prof. Qualification : Graduate (any discipline, preferably Science) + MBA (Mktg.)
Job Experience : 15- 25 years experience of hard core sales through
channel network in South India, preferably in the paints,
Building Materials
Personality traits :
a) Dynamic, Objective, Achievement oriented having
sound managerial capability.
b) Customer friendly, Good in interpersonal relationship
c) Sound analytical skill and a Team Player
