Job Description
1.Knowledge : Ability to put subject knowledge to use. Basic Knowledge of Chemistry particularly water related.
Abilty to dissect a process into parts and look at them individually to make a whole. Ability to grasp a new process.
2.Business : Related.to develop business and explore opportunities in the Beverage, Brewing , Dairy and Processed Food segment through regular account management, understand customer needs and have the proposal made and executed to meet the customer needs and also to generate additional business to Diversey. Ability to demonstrate value proposition and close the sale.
Ability to conceptualize and develop the complete solution for the customer to generate business
Development and delivering of presentations and proposals.
Sound understanding of the commercial environment and efficiently manage distributors.
3.Skills :Build sustainable and mutually beneficial customer relationships.
Ability to work in a team.
4.Sales: Maintaining the basic sales function of the territory. Maintain maximise the sales with the customer group. Continuous opportunity spotting and move to close these on a regular basis.
Carrying out performance /prove- in trials.
5. Customer service : Basic customer service by providing technical support to the customer. Problem solving during performance issues.
Maintaining regular service visits /reports.
Maintaining a positive customer perception for Diversey. Owner of the customer account within Diversey in all aspects.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the customers processes and their Cleaning Hygiene needs.
