Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Management:
    • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
    • Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for maximum ROI.
  • Content Creation & Optimization:
    • Create and manage engaging content for blogs, social media, website, and email newsletters.
    • Collaborate with design teams to create visuals that complement content and drive engagement.
    • Optimize website and landing pages for search engines and user experience.
  • SEO & SEM:
    • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
    • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.), ensuring a high conversion rate and efficient use of ad budgets.
  • Social Media Marketing:
    • Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
    • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
    • Analyze email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
    • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, suggesting improvements based on analytics.
  • Collaboration & Innovation:
    • Work closely with the creative, content, and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring that the company remains ahead of the curve in digital marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate in digital campaigns.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
