- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact during the implementation process.
- Configure and customize systems to align with client needs.
- Conduct system setup, integration, and testing to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Provide training sessions to end-users and client teams.
- Offer post-implementation support and address any issues that arise
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization during implementations
- Document lessons learned to enhance future implementation processes
- Adapt in JIRA or similar tool - creation of project plan- epic-stories-issues
- Good with basic excel skills to format large data
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of specific industry tools (e.g., JIRA,Excel)
- Experience with Agile or other project management frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
