Regular monitoring of KPI and related actions : Chair the meeting of verticals across IIH to review business KPI and SLA with the teams. Discuss the root cause analysis of KPI, suggest the improvement levers.
Identification of potential risk and related mitigation plan : Responsible for identifying potential risks and issues related to the solution and taking appropriate steps to mitigate them, ensuring the overall success .
Participating in the continuous improvement of the ecosystem from technology and process perspective : Principal Engineer actively seek opportunities for improvement and contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the technology solution and processes keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Drive Innovation and upcoming technology adoption at IIH level : Innovation is very important to keep edge with the competition. Principal Engineer to have special focus on innovation and new tech trend adoption within IIH across verticals.
