Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Customer Success Regional SPOC.
- You will be the primary contact for educational institutions within your region, ensuring smooth onboarding, seamless communication, and strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and seamless onboarding process between institutes and our platform.
- Conduct comprehensive training for institute management, staff, and students, covering product use and onboarding procedures.
- Maintain regular communication and ensure timely updates and reviews between our teams and partner institutes.
- Coordinate and ensure the timely completion of all tasks outlined in the Institute Track Checklist, including monthly institute visits.
- Drive business growth through lead traction, business conversions, and partnerships with local vendors and banks.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and training skills, particularly in dealing with senior management at top educational institutions.
- Strong ability to present and secure buy-in for products from various teams and staff.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with institutes and manage on-site responsibilities
