Designation: Associate - Direct Tax and Regulatory

Experience: Internship in Direct Tax

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CS/ LLB will be added advantage)

Location: Full work from office (Kasturba Road, Bengaluru)

Roles & Requirements:

- Internship in Direct Tax (Corporate and M&A Tax) required.

- Consulting and compliances in Corporate/ M&A Tax and regulatory matters, representation before Authorities

- Recommending Corporate tax, M&A Tax and Regulatory advice by researching and interpreting laws.

- Documentation of reports and presentations as specified by the assigned lead

- Responsive and proactive in approach

- Respect for organizational policies

- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Must be a team player and be willing to work over-time when necessary

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
