Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for Quantity Take-off, Estimation, and Costing for Telecommunication Works. The role requires expertise in the following areas:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations for telecommunication systems.
2. Develop cost models and pricing strategies for tenders, bids, and proposals.
3. Expertise in LTE, Wi-Fi, CVRS/CDRS/VRS, PAS, PIDS, IPPBX/EPABX, DTS/FOTS, and Telecommunication SCADA systems.
4. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates as per project requirements.
5. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors for technical and commercial discussions.
6. Assist in the preparation of technical and financial bid proposals.
7. Engage in operations and maintenance cost estimation for telecommunication systems.
8. Work closely with procurement and project teams to optimize cost planning and estimation.
9. Ensure compliance with railway/metro/high-speed rail telecommunication standards and specifications.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
1. Strong knowledge of telecom system design (preferred for candidates with 5+ years of experience).
2. Hands-on experience in estimating, costing, and bid preparation for railway and metro projects.
3. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, vendors, and consultants.
Experience - 3 - 10 Years
Industry Preference: Railway / Metro / High-Speed Rail Sectors
Qualification: BE/B-Tech (Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering)
