The Opportunity:

Today, Adobe is at the forefront of enabling our customers’ digital transformation and new experience design-led business models. As a result, Adobe’s Enterprise Digital Media business is growing rapidly and represents over (USD)2B+ across Adobe’s Creative Cloud and Document Cloud offerings. The Digital Media Enterprise Business Intelligence Team plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the Enterprise Digital Media business.

The ideal candidate for this position is part analyst and part developer. You will be a key contributor in developing, understanding, and executing against strategic goals to drive customer success through sales, onboarding, engagement, and usage.

What you’ll do:

Create sophisticated and intuitive business intelligence tools which provide insights and direction to field representatives, management, and executives.

4+ yrs. of Power BI, DAX, and SQL relevant experience.

Engage in prototyping, designing, developing, publishing Power BI Reports.

Develop Power BI Data models along with report creation and visualizations.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to performance, environments, monitoring and operability of Power BI reports.

Effectively utilize the navigation features in Power BI (e.g. bookmarks, drill-through) to guide users through a compelling data-driven story.

Synthesize sophisticated data sets into insights and build analytics stories that culminate in accurate strategic business decisions

Utilize SQL to curate and query large data sets, perform analyses, and create custom views

What you need to succeed

5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics

Degree in CS, IT, Statistics, or related fields; and coursework or job experience with advanced data and analytics

Advanced hands-on experience with enterprise business intelligence software applications including Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Excel; Alteryx is a plus

Exceptional ability to design and create data visualizations that are intuitive, informative, and impactful

Advanced experience using SQL to extract data, understand data structures, and run queries

Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations

Ability to coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders across the globe

Record of consistently meeting deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment

High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly

Self-starter with an ability to successfully lead through ambiguity and prioritize multiple projects and partners
