Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including IT decision-makers, technical architects, and developers.
Proactively identify customer needs and challenges, and translate them into compelling business solutions.
Address customer technical concerns and objections effectively, providing clear and concise explanations.
Contribute to the development of customer-specific proposals and presentations.
Sales Support:
Collaborate effectively with sales representatives to develop and execute winning sales strategies.
Provide technical support and guidance throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to contract negotiation.
Accurately forecast and track sales opportunities, and provide regular updates to management.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience as a Cloud Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical sales role.
Proven experience with [list specific cloud platforms, e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP] and their core services.
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, virtualization, and containerization.
