- Server Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers (physical and virtual) and related hardware and software.
- Monitor server performance, identify and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and security updates.

- Network Administration:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.

- User Support:

- Assist with user account management and access control.
- Troubleshoot user-related problems and provide timely resolutions.
- Security:

- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all IT systems and procedures.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 9 years of professional experience in systems administration.
- Strong understanding of server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
- Experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, VirtualBox).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
- Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified).
