About the Role:
We are currently in search of a proficient Penetration Tester to join our cybersecurity team. As a Penetration Tester, your primary responsibilities will include the identification and exploitation of vulnerabilities in our systems and applications to enhance our security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vulnerability Assessment: Utilize a variety of tools and methodologies to conduct vulnerability assessments.
- Penetration Testing: Perform penetration tests, including network penetration testing, web application penetration testing, and mobile application penetration testing.
- Social Engineering Testing: Conduct social engineering tests to assess the human element of security.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports documenting findings, recommendations, and remediation steps.
- Staying Updated: Stay current with the latest hacking techniques and tools.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of hacking techniques and tools.
- Experience with penetration testing frameworks and tools (Metasploit, Kali Linux).
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of network protocols and system administration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
