Produce designs that are eye-catching and functional for a variety of platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
Work with cross-functional teams, such as those for web development, product development, and marketing, to make sure design initiatives are in line with organizational objectives.
Keep up with industry trends, new technologies, and design software to make sure the team has the most recent abilities.
Handle project budgets and deadlines to make sure that design projects are completed on schedule and on budget.
Make sure all design initiatives adhere to the organization s quality standards and brand requirements.
Maintain a supportive and cooperative work atmosphere that encourages imagination, innovation, and development.
What do we need?
A bachelor s degree in a related subject, such as visual communication or graphic design.
Graphic design experience of at least three years, with a portfolio exhibiting a range of design initiatives
Minimum of 1-2 years experience managing and leading teams
Skilled with the Adobe Creative Suite, which includes Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and Figma.
Thorough familiarity with the fundamentals of design, such as typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Capacity to manage several projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
