We are looking for a dedicated Sr Solution Consultant - India Public Sector to join our dynamic Solutions Consulting team in Delhi NCR, India. This outstanding opportunity will enable you to solve complex problems for the Indian government and public sector clients, driving digital transformation and innovation. Your role will play a crucial part in identifying, building, and closing large-scale opportunities in collaboration with the Public Sector Business Lead.
What You ll Do
- Become a trusted advisor to your public sector customers, understanding their challenges and buying processes.
- Develop and present high-quality solutions, turning visions into significant opportunities for Adobe.
- Align technical demonstrations with the business objectives and important metrics of government and public sector clients.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the complex government and public sector landscape in India.
- Deliver compelling technical cases and points of view by partnering with the Public Sector Business Lead and other team members.
- Provide clear, transformative solutions to complex problems, maintaining high standards of value articulation and presentation skills.
- Offer creative technical solutions without compromising on Adobe s core value of creativity.
The Sr Solution Consultant will lead pre-sales activities nationally for government and public sector organizations. Using in-depth sector and product knowledge, you will provide technical expertise to the Public Sector Business Lead and customers through discovery, sales presentations, demonstrations, and RFP responses. This dynamic role will allow you the freedom to tackle new and exciting challenges, building the public sector business for Adobe in India.
- Partner with the Public Sector Business Lead to set strategy, vision, and technical solutions for government and public sector opportunities.
- Own and drive the technical ecosystem, aligning Adobe technology with customer needs.
- Coordinate key deliverables to ensure sales goals are met and exceeded.
- Provide risk analysis and consult on structural updates for the larger team.
Skills Needed
- Proven track record in selling and solutioning for government and public sector entities.
- Broad understanding of Adobe technology, both Digital Experience and Digital Media.
- Ability to manage extended teams across partners and customers.
- Strong influence and authority in crafting successful RFPs and defense strategies.
- Ability to build and deliver presentations and documentation tailored to various bureaucrats and partners.
- Excellent problem resolution and critical thinking skills.
- Self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support.
