Position: Digital Marketing SpecialistLocation: MumbaiPosition Overview:We seek a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee and optimize ourmarketing technology stack, ensuring that all tools and platforms are seamlessly integrated andeffectively utilized. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing digitalmarketing strategies that align with our overall goals, using data-driven insights to enhancecustomer engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates. Your expertise will be crucial indriving the success of our marketing campaigns across various channels, including socialmedia, email, content, and lead generation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee and optimize the entire Martech stack, including CRM, automation tools,

analytics platforms, CMS, social media, email marketing, and lead generationtechnologies.

Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and troubleshoot issues.Implement and monitor campaigns across social media, email, and content channels.Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and optimization of all campaigns.You will be responsible for developing strategies that align with our marketing goals.Use data-driven insights to enhance customer segmentation, targeting, and

personalization.Align marketing and sales efforts to optimize lead generation and management, and

improve conversion rates.Analyze marketing data and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness across

content, social, email, and lead generation.Stay current with Martech trends, recommending new tools and strategies.Train and support the marketing team in using Martech tools effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. (A masters degree is a plus)Proven experience of 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS or

technology industry.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO,SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Proficiency in using analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics,HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative thinking with a strategic mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced
