Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with deep expertise in performance marketing to lead and execute paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth on our Shopify website, managing a high-performance marketing team, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing & Revenue Growth

• Own and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms to drive revenue on the Shopify website.
• Develop and manage PPC, display, remarketing, and social media ad campaigns with a focus on ROAS and CAC.
• Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization strategies to maximize sales and customer acquisition.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and leverage data-driven insights to improve performance marketing efforts.

Shopify Growth & E-Commerce Marketing

• Drive traffic, conversions, and revenue on Shopify through digital campaigns and on-site optimizations.
• Optimize product pages, collections, and promotional campaigns to enhance user experience and drive higher conversion rates.
• Implement marketing automation strategies, abandoned cart recovery, and upselling tactics.
• Leverage Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools to monitor KPIs and revenue impact.

Team Management & Leadership

• Lead and work with a team of SEO specialists, content marketers, social media managers, and designers to execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
• Set KPIs and performance goals for the team and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the teams expertise in performance marketing and data analytics.

Stakeholder & Budget Management

• Collaborate with founders, product teams, creative agencies, and external vendors to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Own and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI.
• Present campaign performance reports and actionable insights to leadership on a regular basis.

Key Requirements:

• 3-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, and digital advertising.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth on Shopify through paid advertising.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other marketing tools.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in ROI optimization, CAC reduction, and customer LTV enhancement.
• Experience in team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-backed marketing decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in D2C, fashion, or luxury e-commerce.
• Knowledge of email marketing (Klaviyo), SEO, and influencer marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and AI-driven ad optimization.
