As the Demand Generation Digital Marketing Manager , you will lead the charge at driving organic growth, inbound marketing, and SEO strategy to generate MQLs. Your role will focus on developing multi-channel content strategies, optimizing website performance, and leveraging marketing automation to nurture and convert leads. You will collaborate closely with content, sales, and marketing teams to create data-driven, high-impact campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation Lead Nurturing:
- Develop and execute multi-channel inbound marketing campaigns (email, organic social media, content marketing) to generate high-quality MQLs .
- Own lead segmentation and audience targeting to ensure the right messaging reaches the right prospects.
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals, optimizing lead conversion and nurture strategies.
- Leverage intent data and analytics to refine marketing efforts and enhance engagement.
Organic SEO Website Optimization:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive organic SEO strategy , improving website rankings and increasing organic traffic.
- Optimize on-page and technical SEO , including metadata, schema markup, and site structure for better visibility and user experience.
- Track website performance using Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools , making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and improve website content, landing pages, and site architecture to enhance lead capture and conversion rates.
- Oversee A/B testing of website pages and user journeys to maximize engagement and conversions.
Content Thought Leadership:
- Collaborate with content marketers to create and distribute high-value assets (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, email campaigns).
- Drive organic social media growth by developing a strategic content calendar and engagement strategy for platforms like LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze content performance and optimize for engagement, lead generation, and SEO impact .
Marketing Automation CRM Management:
- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to streamline lead scoring, email sequences, and sales handoff .
- Optimize CRM integrations to ensure data accuracy and personalized outreach for higher engagement.
- Track marketing KPIs (lead volume, conversion rates, CPL, CAC) and make data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, or Content-Led Growth in a B2B IT Solutions / SaaS environment .
- Proven ability to build and execute organic SEO and inbound marketing campaigns that generate MQLs .
- Strong experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and website optimization best practices .
- Hands-on expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) and CRM integration.
- Deep understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and content-driven demand generation .
- Experience in content strategy, email marketing, and organic social media growth .
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to measure marketing ROI and campaign performance.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
