Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy and execution plan.
- Design and manage remarketing campaigns to conversion goals.
- Oversee budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to maximize ROI and maintain efficient CAC.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance user engagement.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid, organic, and owned media channels to drive traffic and meet KPIs.
- Identify and test new channels and opportunities to exceed established performance metrics.
- Implement and manage marketing automation and lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, present results, and refine marketing strategies.
- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in performance marketing and digital strategy.
Key Requirements: Experience:
- Proven expertise in managing multi-channel marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, and email campaigns.
- Solid experience in campaign and channel analysis, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LookerStudio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
Skills:
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of performance marketing trends and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in using analytics tools and managing digital advertising platforms.
