Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Social Media Management:

  • Strategy Development:Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze key performance metrics including follower growth, engagement rates, and conversion rates using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate platform-specific content that aligns with marketing goals and resonates with target audiences.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize social media analytics to derive actionable insights and continuously optimize strategies for improved reach and engagement.

2. SEO Strategy & Execution:

  • Auditing:Conduct audits using tools like Moz, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush to assess meta tags, schema markup, and backlinks.
  • Keyword Research:Perform in-depth keyword analysis to identify opportunities for content improvement and enhance organic traffic.
  • On-Page Optimization:Optimize on-page elements (titles, headers, images, internal links) to ensure all pages are crawlable and indexed by search engines.
  • SEO Metrics Tracking:Monitor key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, search rankings, and click-through rates using Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
  • Hands-On Implementation:Engage in practical application of SEO strategies, focusing on implementing changes based on analysis and testing results to drive organic growth.

3. Performance Marketing:

  • Multi-Channel Marketing:Develop and implement marketing strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Budget Management:Allocate and adjust marketing budgets based on performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR) for maximum efficiency.
  • Campaign Analysis:Analyze campaigns using metrics like ROAS, CPM, and CTR to identify trends and refine marketing strategies.
  • A/B Testing:Conduct A/B tests on various campaign elements using platforms such as Google Optimize and Facebook Experiments to optimize performance.

4. Retention & Retargeting Campaigns:

  • Personalized Retention Strategies:Develop and implement customer retention strategies utilizing data-driven insights. Focus on re-engagement through WhatsApp, email, push notifications, and SMS using tools like Mailchimp, Contlo, and Engage 360.
  • Campaign Optimization:Continuously refine retention and retargeting campaigns through A/B testing and analysis of user interactions.

5. Copywriting & Content Creation:

  • Engaging Content Development:Write and edit engaging content for social media, websites, and marketplaces, ensuring alignment with brand tone and SEO best practices.
  • Content Strategy Execution:Develop and execute content strategies for organic social media, paid campaigns, and product pages, maintaining consistency in messaging.
  • Visual Content Management:Plan and oversee photoshoots to produce high-quality visual content, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and overseeing post-production processes.

6. Website Technical Improvements & UX/UI Optimization:

  • User Experience Optimization:Enhance website UI/UX across devices by utilizing analytics tools like Google Analytics, GTmetrix, and Hotjar to monitor key performance metrics (load speeds, bounce rates, traffic).
  • Checkout Process Enhancement:Analyze and streamline the checkout process to minimize cart abandonment rates using platforms like Shiprocket and Engage 360.
  • Data-Driven Adjustments:Use A/B testing platforms like Optimizely etc to monitor user behavior and make data-driven adjustments. Ensure all website changes are aligned with SEO best practices.
