Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Salesforce Project Manager to lead successful Salesforce implementations, support and enhancements. This role manages the full project lifecycle, from project initiation to post-implementation support. This role is best suited to the Project Manager with short-medium term aspirations of Program Management.
Responsibilities :
- Manage Salesforce projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Maintain project profitability
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Manage project scope, risks, and changes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and manage the project team.
- Oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Change management
- Maintain project documentation
- Stay current with Salesforce best practices.
What you need to have
Essential Skills
Essential Skills
- Proven Salesforce Project Management experience (3+ years)
- Bachelors degree in a business, IT, or other related field.
- Understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales/Service/Marketing/Data Clouds).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of project financial concepts, including margin, cost of sales and opportunity cost.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
