Regional Head - Agency

Job Title: Location Head

Experience: 10-12 years in Life insurance sales and distribution, with a focus on agency and prime broking channels

As Location Head, you will be responsible for driving the agency and prime broking distribution strategy for Go Digit Life Insurance. You will play a pivotal role in achieving business growth targets through effective management of agency relationships and prime broker partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the agency and prime broking distribution strategy in alignment with company objectives and regional sales targets.

- Foster strong relationships with existing agency partners and prime brokers, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.

- Implement effective sales and marketing initiatives to promote Go Digit Life Insurance products through agency and prime broking channels.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as marketing, product development, and underwriting to enhance product offerings and customer experience.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across all agency and prime broking activities.

-Drive innovation and deliver business critical assignments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven track record of 10-12 years in life insurance sales, with significant experience in managing agency and/or prime broking channels.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- Sound understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements in the Indian market.
