Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with the retail and group operations team to ensure timely resolution of the service requests of large clients.

2. Track the grievances from various stakeholders and ensure timely resolutions

3. Work towards process and workspace improvement to ensure zero grievances occur for the department

4. Take initiatives to reduce repeated grievances

5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders in order to execute the requests

6. Any other ad-hoc requests to be undertaken

Desired qualification:

1. Have effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

2. Must be good in MS Excel.

3. Multi-tasker and a Go-getter.

4. Approachable & ability handle/resolve queries across geography.
