Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and support tickets in the CRM system
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to provide insights and recommendations to clients
Assist with the development of sales and marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and promotional campaigns
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge
