We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager With 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As a key player in our team, you will lead SEO strategies, optimize website content, and drive organic traffic to improve search engine rankings. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in SEO management, a proven track record of delivering results, and a deep understanding of current SEO trends and best practices. This role is perfect for someone with 5 years of experience in SEO and a passion for leading initiatives to enhance website performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases that drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Oversee the optimization of website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and other digital assets, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
• Implement and manage on-page SEO strategies such as meta tags, headers, internal linking, and image optimization for improved search engine visibility.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on website performance metrics using SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including advanced link-building techniques, outreach campaigns, and partnerships to increase domain authority and site visibility.
• Stay at the forefront of SEO industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices to ensure SEO strategies are effective, up-to-date, and in compliance with search engine guidelines.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of SEO best practices into content development and website architecture.
• Prepare and present detailed SEO performance reports, insights, and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SEO team members, helping to develop their skills and grow within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects and campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Proficiency in web analytics and SEO reporting, with a track record of using data to drive actionable insights and decision-making.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in both team and remote environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.
• Experience in leading SEO initiatives across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, and e-commerce.

Other Details:

• Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday (09:00 - 18:00), Alternate Saturdays off (2nd and 4th Saturday)
• Work Location: Office-based in World Trade Center, Kharadi, Pune
• Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant SEO experience
• Salary Bracket: ₹8,00,000.00 - ₹10,00,000.00 per year (As per industry standard)
• Immediate Joining Preferred

• Location: Pune, Maharashtra Must be able to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.
