Project Management Executive

As a Project Management Executive, you will be one of the teams key member, taking end-to-end responsibility for Software development projects from proposal to project completion. You will coordinate with Customers, and Stakeholders to understand the project requirements, and document those, ensuring effective implementation. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget with value delivery and customer satisfaction. Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects, coordinating with team members and tracking project activities throughout the project s lifecycle
• Build project team, schedule assignments, monitor, review and report project status, ensure successful delivery and implementation
• Maintain Project Profitability
• Take complete ownership of people and their performance management in the project with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients within their domain, service and technology area within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
• Allocate work, and track project scope, schedule, quality, resource requirements, financials, risk and SLAs periodically.
• Take corrective measures and communicate with stakeholders as per the communication plan
• Plan for and mentor the team in competency development of the team, implement performance measurement as per org guidelines, team building, compliance to HR processes
• Build relationships with the clients at the project level by engaging with them regularly and be a SPOC to the client on project-related activities, providing regular reports, being part of strategic reviews, value articulation, and managing expectations.

Skills Required:

Must Have

• Having an understanding or prior experience of working with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodology
• Assisting in resource planning and allocation, effort estimation and time tracking for all projects
• Knowledge of Schede and Cost Management
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage and engage teams
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure that clients and project teams share a common understanding of project objectives and progress
• Preparing documents and updating records or progress of projects in different tools
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills

Desired

• Scrum Master / CSPO Certification is a plus
• PMP Certification is a plus
