Job Title: Gen AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, expertise in Langchain, and practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves developing and deploying AI solutions while contributing to system architecture and integrating AI tools into existing Java-based environments.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python, Langchain, and LLMs.
• Create scalable and robust solutions for machine learning and natural language processing tasks.

• Contribute to the architecture and design of AI systems to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and engineers, to define and deliver product features.

• Fine-tune and optimize LLM-based models for performance, accuracy, and real-world application scalability.

• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems, leveraging a basic understanding of Java and its ecosystem.

• Stay updated on advancements in AI, Python, and Langchain technologies to continuously enhance existing systems.

• Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in software engineering.

• Experience: 5-8 years in Python development with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in Langchain and LLMs for natural language processing.
• Architecture Knowledge: Strong understanding of software and system architecture principles.
• Java Stack: Basic familiarity with the Java ecosystem and its integration with AI solutions.
• Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills for optimizing models and resolving technical issues.
• Team Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile development teams.

• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Exposure to machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of data engineering concepts for handling large datasets in AI/ML workflows.
