Lead Full Stack Developer - MERN Stack

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack for video streaming on various devices.

- Architect and implement features, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Implement security and data protection features.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights with the team.

- Participate in the entire application lifecycle - from concept and design to testing, deployment, and support.

Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in ReactJs and 2 years in NodeJs.

- Proven expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and JSON.

- Solid experience with ReactJS, demonstrating the development of polished consumer-facing websites.

- Hands-on experience with server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.

- Strong understanding of MongoDB and database integration.

- Experience with front-end libraries, particularly Ant Design (Antd).

-Familiarity with Strapi for backend development is highly desirable.

- Published online sites or applications showcasing your work.

- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technologies.

- Previous experience in large-scale consumer-facing industries such as OTT apps, Media, E-commerce, or Telecommunications.
