🔧 What You’ll Do

• 🛠️ Monitor & Maintain Windows Server OS (2016/2019) and components like IIS, Active Directory, SQL Server, and more.
• 🌐 Network Mastery: Work with concepts like NAT, VLANs, and OS networking.
• 📧 Email Systems: Manage email servers, client tools (Outlook/WebApp), and protocols (IMAP, SMTP).
• 🔑 Troubleshoot IIS: Master SSL, load balancing, application pools, and ASP.NET issues.
• 🗄️ SQL Server: Install, manage, and optimize databases with backups/restores.
• 🚀 Automation: Harness PowerShell for smarter system management.
• 🔍 Detect & Solve: Analyze system logs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth performance.
• 📜 Document Solutions: Maintain clear documentation for processes and troubleshooting steps.
• 💻 Virtualization: Work hands-on with HyperV, VMware, or VirtualBox solutions.

🎓 What You Bring

• 💼 2+ years of Windows Server (2016/2019) administration experience.
• 🖥️ Proven skills in managing Windows OS, IIS, and SQL Server.
