Customer Support Executive

Dhruv Tax Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives for the International Voice process. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
Assist international clients with inquiries, issues, and service-related information.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Requirements:
Proficient in English (verbal and written).
Willingness to work night shifts.
Ability to work from our office location.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
