Job Summary :

Dhoorja Sri Technologies Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to a critical HR prototyping project for one of our key clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing and implementing technical prototypes, particularly web applications, mobile applications, and web services.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable solutions, leveraging your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as cloud infrastructure.

This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities :

Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions, including front-end web and mobile applications, back-end APIs, and database interactions.

Prototyping: Develop rapid prototypes to demonstrate and validate technical concepts and solutions related to HR processes.

Web Application Development: Build and maintain web applications using C#, .NET Framework, MVC, or Java.

Mobile Application Development: Develop mobile applications using React Native.

API Development: Create and consume RESTful APIs using Node.js.

Database Management: Design, implement, and optimize database schemas and write efficient SQL queries.

Cloud Infrastructure (AWS): Utilize AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, and databases to build scalable and reliable solutions.

Version Control: Manage code repositories using Git and follow best practices for version control.

Agile Development: Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR business teams, project managers, and other developers to ensure successful project delivery.

Design Thinking: Apply design thinking principles to understand user needs and develop effective solutions.

Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) / Agile Certification OR relevant experience.

- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, designing and implementing technical prototypes.

- Proficiency in web application development using C#, .NET Framework, MVC, or Java.

- Experience in mobile application development using React Native.

- Strong understanding of web services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.

- Solid working knowledge of databases and SQL.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including S3, Glue, Lambda, and databases.

- Understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and fundamentals.

- Proficiency in using Git for version control.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Strong design thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Six Sigma Certification.

- 2+ years of experience working in partnership with both IT and HR business teams on solutions development.

- Experience with technologies such as Spark, Hive, TensorFlow, Scala, Python, or R.

- Experience using open-source frameworks (e.g, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
