Position: Senior Compliance Analyst
Responsibilities :
1. Ensuring that all legal compliances and annual audits are completed within time by coordinating with Auditors.
2. Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
3. Convene and service AGMs, EGMs (when required. take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns including XBRL filing with appropriate departments.
4. Handling all investor queries and sharing recurring reports as per the agreement.
5. Provide legal, financial, and/or strategic advice to the management whenever required.
6. Ensure policies, and regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization are up to date and approved by the committee.
7. Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
8. Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports, and communicate decisions to relevant company stakeholders.
9. Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
10. Administering the ESOP plan of the company; keeping ESOP records.
11. Prepare contractual agreements with suppliers and customers.
12. Ensuring compliance (including the filing of returns and maintenance of registers. with various
13. Labour Laws to protect the interests of labor, industry, and all stakeholders and at the same time prevent unwanted lawsuits and penalties for non-compliance.
14. Oversee and manage daily program-wide accounting and finance functions including timely recording of transactions, cash management, banking, payroll, receivables, and payables.
15. Responsible for monthly reporting to the management and investors on the performance of the company.

Requirements:
1. Practical Knowledge of Corporate Laws, Securities Laws, Labour Laws, FEMA, and ROC Compliances of India and the USA.
2. Qualified CS with 0 to 3 years of experience.
3. Ability to work independently and effectively with the team.
4. Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills.
5. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
6. Have high attention to detail, deliver reports with accuracy, and stay organized.
7. Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
8. Ability to work within deadlines and take responsibility - must be able to identify the deadline for a piece of work to be completed.
