Patient Care: Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients undergoing hair transplant procedures. Ensure patients receive comprehensive instructions and support throughout their treatment journey.
Assisting Surgeons: Assist the hair transplant surgeon during procedures, including preparing the surgical site, managing instruments, and ensuring a sterile environment.
Patient Monitoring: Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition before, during, and after surgery. Report any concerns or complications to the surgeon promptly.
Education and Support: Educate patients on post-operative care, including wound care, medication management, and lifestyle adjustments to promote optimal healing.
Clinical Coordination: Coordinate with other members of the medical team, including surgeons, assistants, and receptionists, to ensure seamless patient care.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including pre-operative assessments, surgical notes, and post-operative follow-ups.
Sterilization and Hygiene: Ensure all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained according to hospital standards.
Patient Comfort: Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients, addressing any concerns or anxieties they may have about their procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Diploma or degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Certification: Current nursing certification and registration with the relevant nursing board.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical or clinical setting, preferably with exposure to hair transplant procedures.
Knowledge: Understanding of hair transplant procedures, including FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation).
