Job Description

The company is seeking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professionals (Project Sales & Channel Sales) for our PVC, uPVC and Modular Furniture product lines across multiple locations in India to drive the growth of our products in the assigned region. The salesperson will be responsible for managing and expanding our network of distributors, dealers, architects, contractors, builders, etc. to increase market penetration and revenue generation for our PVC offerings. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of sales experience in similar industry, a solid understanding of the market, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.


CHANNEL SALES PROFESSIONAL:


Channel Sales Job Locations : Bhopal / Indore / Varanasi / Prayagraj / Rajkot / Jamnagar / Delhi / Rohtak / Ambala / Himachal / Jammu / Raipur / Guwahati / Lucknow / Kanpur


Role & responsibilities :

  • Channel Partner Acquisition & Development:
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, dealers, architects, builders, etc.) in the assigned region to expand our PVC product distribution.
    • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring satisfaction and continued collaboration.
    • Work with partners to understand their needs and develop customized sales strategies for mutual growth.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
    • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective channel partner management and sales strategies.
    • Analyze and monitor the performance of channel partners, providing guidance and support to help them meet their yearly targets.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team, tracking progress against goals.
  • Organize Dealers & Fabricators Meets:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute dealer and fabricator meetings to strengthen partnerships and drive sales.
    • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, invitations, and agenda creation.
    • Ensure smooth event execution, addressing any issues promptly.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to align content and presentations.
    • Provide training and product information during events to enhance partners knowledge and sales effectiveness.
    • Collect feedback post-event for continuous improvement and future event planning.
  • Training & Support:
    • Provide ongoing product training, technical support, and sales tools to channel partners to help them sell PVC products effectively.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide channel partners with updated promotional materials, product literature, and market insights.
  • Market Analysis & Expansion:
    • Identify new market opportunities within the assigned region and work to expand the presence of Dhabriya Polywood Limiteds PVC products in untapped areas.
    • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement:
    • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure timely delivery, product availability, and customer satisfaction for channel partners.
    • Share feedback from channel partners on product enhancements, market conditions, and customer needs with relevant internal teams.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Address issues or concerns raised by channel partners, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong partner relationships.
    • Act as a liaison between the company and its partners to resolve disputes and ensure smooth operations.
  • Management Reporting:
    • Submit regular reports, including daily call updates, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analysis, to track sales performance and market trends.
    • Keep management informed on progress, sales achievements, and market conditions, providing actionable insights for decision-making.


PROJECT SALES PROFESSIONAL:

Role & responsibilities :


  • Project Sales Development:
    • Identify, target, and pursue potential large-scale projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments, to specify and sell our products.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the project sales segment, such as architects, builders, contractors, and developers.
    • Develop tailored solutions for project clients, including technical support, quotations, and product presentations to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective prospecting, project acquisition, and sales strategies.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and progress reports, ensuring that sales targets are aligned with project timelines.
  • Technical Support & Product Knowledge:
    • Provide detailed product knowledge and technical support to clients, guiding them through the selection and installation process for our products.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful execution of product specifications on-site.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    • Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction for project clients.
    • Assist the project management team in ensuring that project timelines and budgets are met while maintaining high product quality standards.
  • Market Expansion & Networking:
    • Identify new project opportunities and work with developers, architects, and construction companies to expand the footprint of Dhabriya Polywood Limiteds products in the assigned region.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and project meetings to network and build relationships with potential project clients. Organize regular architects meets.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Address any issues or challenges raised by project clients, providing timely solutions to ensure smooth project execution and satisfaction.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any on-site or product-related concerns.
  • Management Reporting:
    • Submit regular reports, including daily call updates, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analysis, to track sales performance and market trends.
    • Keep management informed on progress, sales achievements, and market conditions, providing actionable insights for decision-making.


QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES :

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Computer Knowledge: Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is must. Proficient in Emailing.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Project or Channel sales, ideally within the PVC, uPVC, Interior Designing, Architects, building materials or construction industries.
  • Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a channel sales role.
  • Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the PVC/uPVC products market, building materials and distribution networks.
  • Market Understanding: Knowledge of market dynamics in the assigned region and the ability to drive sales growth locally.
  • Presentable: Should be Presentable with a professional demeanor, maintaining a polished and approachable image.
  • Sales & Lead Generation: Strong expertise in driving channel/project sales by identifying potential customers through research, networking and cold calling. Managing distributors, dealers, architects, contractors and builders. Skilled in generating high-quality leads, expanding the partner network, and creating strategies to increase sales volume and market penetration.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and create win-win situations.
  • Customer-Centric: Focused on understanding and addressing customer needs for mutual success to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Competitor Analysis: Skilled in monitoring and analyzing competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to drive decisions.
  • Self-Motivated: Driven to meet sales targets and motivated to succeed in a competitive market.
