Quantity Surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities: (Quantity Survey & Costing)

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQ for construction projects using NRM2 (New Rules of Measurement), & SMM7.
• Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and contract conditions, in line with SMM7, NRM2 standards.
• Work closely with project managers to provide estimation and proposal support, ensure high productivity and effective resource utilization.
• Maintain a standards and guidelines for quantity surveying and costing, adapting to different regional requirements. (UK/Europe)
• Provide front-end support to clients and demonstrate capabilities in the architecture, MEP, Structural discipline.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Bachelors degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in quantity surveying and costing.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, Quantity Takeoff software's).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and legal aspects related to quantity surveying.Role & responsibilities
