Marketing Executive

Job Summary. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and driving business growth. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets


Key Responsibilities. Sales Strategy & Execution:. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Marketing Campaigns:. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
Develop and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media platforms
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve marketing strategies and campaign performance
Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing initiatives
Brand Management:. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and communications
Work with the creative team to develop brand guidelines and oversee their implementation
Manage and update the companys website and social media accounts
Customer Relationship Management:. Maintain a customer database and manage customer relationships through regular follow-ups
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
