Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and versatile Video Editor and Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Dezmark Communications. The ideal candidate will excel at crafting high-quality visual content, including explainer videos, brand videos, product-based videos, animated videos, social media reels, and corporate videos. This role requires expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling to deliver visually stunning and engaging content for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality videos, including explainer videos, brand videos, corporate videos, product videos, animated videos, and reels, optimized for different platforms.
• Motion Graphics: Design and animate motion graphics to elevate video productions and create compelling visuals.
• Creative Input: Conceptualize and storyboard ideas for visual content to ensure alignment with client objectives and branding.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Post-Production: Handle sound design, color grading, and visual effects to enhance the final output.
• Platform Optimization: Adapt video formats for various platforms, including web, social media, and presentations.
• Reel Editing: Create engaging social media reels and short videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and software in video editing and motion graphics.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphic design.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse expertise in video editing and motion graphics across different video types.
• Technical Skills:
• Core Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• 3D Software: Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya is a plus.
• Audio Editing: Familiarity with Adobe Audition or similar audio editing tools.
• Other Tools: Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Figma is advantageous.
• Creative Skills: Strong understanding of storytelling, typography, visual effects, and color grading.
