What are you expected to do?

Leading Finance & Accounts function, by managing a team & working with consultants, to deliver accurate, timely representation of business while adhering to statutory & regulatory reporting

1. Accounting & Book-keeping

- Managing end-to-end financial and accounting activities for the organization

- Review accounting procedures in line with the Industry and create SOPs & frameworks for accurate & timely representation of the business of the Company in the books of accounts

- Managing a team for day-to-day accounting on AP, AR, Bank

- Managing closing of books on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis

2. Finance Control

- Reviewing & creating processes for streamlined revenue management & expense management

- Reviewing & creating processes for tight cashflow management including treasury management

3. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

- Periodic filing & review of statutory filings including GST, TDS, PT, PF & any such filings

- Working with consultants & creating in-house cadence for computation, filing, payment, reconciliation & readiness for statutory & internal audits

4. Audit & Diligence

- Completion of periodic independent financial and statutory audits

5. Budgeting & Reporting

- Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all financial statements & MIS

- Providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts and historical financials

- Develop business dashboards, KPIs and plans for business visibility and financial growth, evaluating and managing risks

What are we looking for?

- Prior work experience in Accounting & Finance for a minimum of 7-10 years

- Proven experience in financial controls and audits

- Thorough knowledge of financial reporting, regulation and Compliance

- CA Qualified

- Experience reviewing financial data & identifying errors

- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work with multifunctional teams & delegate work within the team

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong analytical skills and good level of knowledge of Excel
