Market development Establish and develop a professional relationship with important stakeholders like key opinion leaders, key customers and also build new opinion leaders to ensure continuous market growth Continuously meet & engage key stake holders like KOLs, stockist etc Ensure that customers are provided with the highest quality services and products Explore new customers and new markets by seeking competitive intelligence Receive feedback from team and monitor competitor activities through colleagues in the field and provide necessary and accurate feedback to HO /Seniors Sales Operations Ensure Area sales target is achieved month after month.
Process and System Ensure that team members follow the systems and norms of the company by submitting the daily planning and report, maintain account, achieve the customer coverage, call average and activity targets set Validation of MSL of team members Ensure key account planning and implementation Follow the norm in terms of confirmation, Joint Field Work and coaching Keep a track of field expense by implementing, STP in Area Timely feedback to team members on their sales performance, competence, development, timeliness of report writing, adherence to systems and status on strategy implementation.
People Management To maintain the attrition level below the industry average. Norms for unmanned territory o should not be left vacant for more than 30 days of employee leaving, promoted, transferred; o Talent pipeline to be in place for replacements Managing and Developing People o Enhance employees performance and potential through feedback and coaching Coaching o Conduct on the job training and build the competencies of team members to enable them complete their sales, activity and process targets. o Take on the role of a mentor to the MSR o Ensure that the MSR possess the required product knowledge o Ensure and maintain customer focus
Administration Ensure the team works as per the monthly tour programme which is submitted on 25th of every month for the forthcoming month. Monitor the standard fare chart and approve the travel expenses in accordance with standard fare chart. Gives regular feedback to Regional Manager about the competitors activities.
