Who are You :

- You are a dynamic, enthusiastic, and solution-driven DevOps Engineer with a strong background in deploying and managing cloud-native applications and infrastructure.

- You excel in designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.

- Your expertise includes configuration management, containerization (e.g, Docker, Kubernetes), and orchestration of cloud resources.

- You possess a solid understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles, leveraging tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to maintain scalable and reliable systems.

Qualifications

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Core Expertise :

- Proven experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline design, automation, and optimization.

- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Leadership :

- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and foster a culture of collaboration.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Technical Skills Required :

CI/CD Expertise :

- Proven track record of building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.

- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

- Containerization & Orchestration: Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for scalable application management.

- Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including their CI/CD and automation services.

Scripting & Automation :

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate infrastructure tasks.

DevSecOps :

- Deep understanding of secure coding, access control, and continuous monitoring practices.

Monitoring & Observability :

- Expertise with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk to ensure system reliability and performance.

Nice to have Skills :

- Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments.

- Expertise in optimizing CI/CD pipelines for both performance and reliability.

- Familiarity with emerging DevOps tools and practices, such as GitOps, policy as code, or serverless architectures.
