DevOps Engineer - Jenkins/CI/CD Pipeline (3-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled DevOps & Jenkins Engineer with a strong DevSecOps mindset to develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for internal development purposes and client installations. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in DevOps practices and tools, with expertise in Jenkins and a focus on delivering high-quality, automated pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- CI/CD Pipeline Development : Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for internal development projects and client installations.

- DevSecOps Practices : Ensure security is integrated into the CI/CD workflows, following DevSecOps principles.

- Automation : Automate build, deployment, and testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

- Monitoring and Maintenance : Continuously monitor and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure high performance and reliability.

- Collaboration : Work closely with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for CI/CD pipelines, processes, and tools.

- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues in pipelines, deployments, and environments.

Must-Have Skills :

- Jenkins : Strong expertise in designing and managing Jenkins pipelines.

- DevOps Tools : Experience with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Ansible.

- CI/CD : Hands-on experience in implementing and managing CI/CD workflows.

- Scripting : Proficiency in scripting languages like Shell, Python, or Groovy.

- DevSecOps Mindset : Knowledge of integrating security into development and deployment processes.

Desired Skills :

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with configuration management tools such as Terraform or Chef.

- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira.

Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or a related field.
