Front End (React) - Developer

Work mode - Hybrid

Monday to Thursday work from Home. Friday work from office

• 8+ years of demonstrable relevant experience
• Develop and implement architectural strategies for React-based web applications.
• Maintain or improve existing React application.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of front-end systems.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in React.js development.
• Implement new tools and technologies to improve development processes and product quality.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and user-centric solutions.
• Have a passion for and proven experience with usability and accessibility
• Advocate for JavaScript best practices
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Proven experience as a React Architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio of projects
• Extensive experience with React.js and related technologies (Redux, React Router, etc.).
• Experience with front-end development tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
• Knowledge of web standards and how to optimize for performance
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build automation.
• Experience in a client-focused environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and articulate advantages of proposed solutions.
• Ability to manage to deadlines multiple projects simultaneously
• Solid experience developing responsive/fluid designs
• Solid understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform issues
• The ideal applicant will have the following traits, including strong working knowledge of
• Web accessibility guidelines
• Experience on an agile development team using continuous integration
• Experience coding within Git source-controlled environments.
• Experience with Eclipse is a plus.
