We are looking to Hire for Apigee Developer - Pune , Remote

Position : Apigee Developer

Location : Pune (Hybrid)

Experience : 5-6 Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

Mandatory Skills : Apigee and JavaScript.

Job Description :

- Designing and development of API using Apigee.

- End to end unit testing & deployment.

- Implementation of Fault Handling, Logging and Monitoring.

- Providing testing support and resolving the defects.

- Cooperating, coordinating with team members and related components to avoid any roadblock or issues w.r.t development.

- Documenting all work in accordance with agreed standards, methods and tools.

- Need to add as Primary Skills - Apigee, JavaScript

Nice to have :

- Jenkins

- GCP Basics

- Postman

- Bitbucket

- Min 4 years Experience in APIGEE; JavaScript or any scripting language used in APIGEE

- Proven experience as an APIGEE Integration Developer; designing and developing APIs using the APIGEE platform.

- Strong understanding of RESTful/SOAP API design principles and best practices. Familiarity with GitHub or equivalent source control repositories and Build Tools like GRADLE

- Familiarity with API security standards and practices; including OAuth; JWT; and SSL/TLS.

- Experience with Spring Cloud and deploying to cloud platforms Secondary Skills

- APIGEE certification or relevant certifications in API management.

- Knowledge of integration patterns; error handing; data transformation; and message routing.

- Good understanding of policies like Traffic management; Security; Mediation; Extension; Basic API key validation; Basic transformation

- Knowledge of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) practices.

- Working experience on either APIGEE-Edge ; APIGEE-X or APIGEE Hybrid.

- Good understanding of apps ; products etc Understanding of monitoring dashbords/views ; setting up alerts and notifications etc.

Good to have :

- Provisioning APIGEE PLATFORM/Installation and configuration good to have knowledge on monetization ; developers portal etc.

- Understanding of network administration ; user administration; security administration.

- Knowledge on taking back ups or switching the organizations.

- Ability to work in an Agile development environment and adapt to changing requirements.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
