BelWo - OpenText Developer - Salesforce (6-8 yrs)

BelWo is looking for an experienced OpenText Developer with Salesforce expertise to join our team.

As an OpenText Developer, you will be responsible for developing and integrating OpenText Exstream solutions with Salesforce, working within the cloud-native architecture, and ensuring high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, where you will guide a team and collaborate on the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Code Development : Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring high performance and reliability in OpenText Exstream and Salesforce integration.

- Technical Leadership : Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, promote best practices, and ensure the team follows coding standards and guidelines.

Project Delivery : Contribute to the successful delivery of projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding requirements, and driving the development lifecycle from concept to implementation.

Collaboration : Foster a collaborative team environment, working closely with other teams to ensure smooth integration and seamless solution delivery across platforms.

Quality Assurance : Take ownership of the quality and reliability of the code you write, ensuring thorough testing and debugging.

Continuous Improvement : Promote ongoing learning and process improvement within the team to enhance development practices and productivity.

Desired Skills and Experience :

OpenText Exstream : Experience in implementing and developing OpenText Exstream solutions for Customer Communications Management (CCM).

Salesforce : Proficiency in Salesforce integration, with a solid understanding of both the platform's capabilities and how to integrate it with other systems like OpenText.

Cloud-Native Development : Experience with cloud-native development practices and deployment, particularly on AWS.

Enterprise Content Management (ECM) : Knowledge of ECM systems and solutions, with experience in content lifecycle management.

AWS : Familiarity with AWS cloud services, particularly in integration with OpenText and Salesforce solutions.

Coding Languages & Tools : Strong proficiency in relevant coding languages (Java, JavaScript, Apex, etc.), version control tools (Git), and CI/CD practices
