Job Title: Developer

Location: Bengaluru

Reporting to: Senior Program Manager BI

1. Purpose of the role

Seeking a developer with expertise in SQL, Python, Machine Learning, and Power BI to design innovative analytics solutions in Finance, CPG, and Risk Management. The role focuses on leveraging data and developing strategies to drive insights, mitigate risks, and identify non-compliance to financial controls. Collaborate with global finance leaders and risk management professionals to deliver scalable, tech-driven solutions for complex business challenges.

2. Key tasks & accountabilities

• Design and develop SAP ERP based data models.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines and solutions that solve complex risk scenarios.
• Create complex SQL queries and optimize for performance.
• Build and optimize Python/ML models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Develop insightful dashboards and reports in Power BI to enable informed decision-making.
• Provide financial and CPG sector-specific analytics to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technological solutions.
• Manage lifecycle and strategy of tech products using agile ways of working.

3. Qualifications, Experience, Skills

Education and Experience:

• University degree in Engineering/Business/Finance or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Business/Consulting/Finance or related fields with strong analytical and technical expertise in Business or Financial KPIs.
• Experience in process-oriented, result-focused organizations, particularly within the FMCG, beverage, or beer industry, is a plus.

• SQL (Must-have skill)
• Power BI (Must-have skill)
• Python (Must-have skill)
• Advanced Excel, including Power Queries (Must-have skill)
• Azure Databricks, Data Factory, SQL, App Services
• Experience with financial accounting and analytics (Good to have)
