Budget Management
- Effectively manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.
- Monitor spending patterns and adjust budgets based on performance.
Market Research
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Performance Reporting
- Generate regular performance reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
- Present campaign results and recommendations to the management team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and implement innovative strategies.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
