Job Responsibilities
- Achieve targeted sales numbers and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct product trials at customer sites and convert trials into business.
- Promote and convert sales for coated/bonded products, including conducting safety seminars.
- Provide weekly reports on trials, market potential, and competitive analysis.
- Gain market share by understanding customer needs and outperforming competitors.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Manage receivables to meet NOD targets and achieve a 30% reduction compared to the previous year.
