Your key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data management strategies to ensure data integrity, quality, correctness of definition of Product Division owned attributes, clear ownership/ applicability and accessibility across the value chain.
• Collaborate with Chief Data Office, IT and other departments to implement and optimize data management systems and processes.
• Ensure that for the Product Division Material Data a roadmap is produced and maintained, which identifies key milestones and KPIs and demonstrates the implementation of the Data Strategy
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure Material Data is compliant with Data Management standards as documented in the Data Management Procedures and for the prioritized Material Data scope in line with approved roadmap.
• Ensure that the Product Division has effective key controls and consistency checks in place to address the minimum control standards.
• Ensure adherence to baseline training requirements defined by Chief Data Officer for the Product Division and identify and support incremental Data training needs for employees to foster a data-driven culture and ensure a consistent application of data management principles.
• Support the Risk & Control Assessment for Data Management Risk with expert view on Data Inherent Risk and Control Effectiveness for Product Division

Your skills and experience

• Masters degree (or equivalent) in business administration, technology or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in the Technology or Data Management areas in asset management sector, experience in Enterprise Architecture and Cloud Computing preferred
• Advanced knowledge in coding: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Java, and Scala for data analysis and large-scale data processing
• Practical Data Analysis including data extracting, cleaning, preparation as well as data validation and reporting
• Advanced knowledge of using MS: Excel, Powerpoint, Word (ideally Power BI, Power Automate and Power Query) to analyze and present complex issues
• Must have soft skills, including the ability to speak to both technical and business concerns
• Be highly articulate, precise and persuasive communicators, with strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• English written and verbal skills are mandatory (German written and verbal skills are added benefits.)
