Your key responsibilities

Support the development and maintenance of data management strategies to ensure data integrity, quality, correctness of definition of Product Division owned attributes, clear ownership/ applicability and accessibility across the value chain.

Support the collaboration with Chief Data Office, IT and other departments to implement and optimize data management systems and processes.

Support producing/maintaining a roadmap for the Product Division Material Data, to identify key milestones and KPIs and demonstrate the implementation of the Data Strategy

Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements.

Ensure Material Data is compliant with Data Management standards as documented in the Data Management Procedures and for the prioritized Material Data scope in line with approved roadmap.

Ensure that the Product Division has effective key controls and consistency checks in place to address the minimum control standards.

Ensure adherence to baseline training requirements defined by Chief Data Officer for the Product Division and identify and support incremental Data training needs for employees to foster a data-driven culture and ensure a consistent application of data management principles.

Support the Risk & Control Assessment for Data Management Risk with expert view on Data Inherent Risk and Control Effectiveness for Product Division

Your skills and experience

Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in business administration, technology or a related field

2+ years of professional experience in the Technology or Data Management areas in asset management sector, experience in Enterprise Architecture and Cloud Computing preferred

Knowledge in coding:Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Java, and Scala for data analysis and large-scale data processing

Practical Data Analysis including data extracting, cleaning, preparation as well as data validation and reporting

Advanced knowledge of using MS:Excel, Powerpoint, Word (ideally Power BI, Power Automate and Power Query) to analyze and present complex issues

Must have soft skills, including the ability to speak to both technical and business concerns

Be highly articulate, precise and persuasive communicators, with strong collaboration and teamwork skills

English written and verbal skills are mandatory (German written and verbal skills are added benefits.)
