Senior Technology Analyst (FileNet Engineer)

The Filenet Eng is a core Technologist who provides support as needed with Level 3 operational support for incidents and problem/root-cause analysis. They will help support the ITPM with the expertise being a FN technical SME who is able to deliver new features, enhancements, Regulatory requirements etc which need to be implemented on the FileNet platform. They will be responsible for the Technical design and delivery and that the design & delivery is compliant.

Your key responsibilities

• A Filenet Developer is responsible for developing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting FileNet and its supporting applications.
• Experience in FileNet issues Troubleshooting
• Good understanding about FileNet architecture
• Good knowledge in Oracle & SQL.
• Extensive knowledge in shell scripting
• Must have good communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Analyze information and provide recommendations to address business problems for a specific client, project or entity.
• Assist in defining scope and objectives for projects.
• Design systems and components that meet the needs of the user while being cost effective and technically feasible.
• Develop detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
• Serve as a technical lead on projects
• Perform feasibility studies for new technical approaches.
• Identify technical risks and provides mitigation strategies.
• Stay abreast of new technology developments

Tech Skills

• Experience in developing, troubleshooting and implementation of large and complex ECM solutions using IBM FileNet Content Manager.
• Case Manager/BAW development and customization experience.
• Experience in IBM Content Collector for SAP/Files.
• Experience working in Unix and Windows server environments.
• Experience in External Data Service (EDS) framework.
• Experience in ICN plugin framework, and how to develop and deploy ICN plugins.
• Experience in developing and deploying FileNet server side extensions (Subscriptions, Events).
• Experience in deploying FileNet based web apps in WebSphere application server.
• Experience in deploying FileNet assets using FileNet Deployment Manager (FDM).
• Experience in implementing workflow using IBM Content Navigator (ICN).
• Knowledge of FileNet API.
• Knowledge of ICN Java/JS API.
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries.
• Experience in ICN plugin framework, and how to develop and deploy ICN plugins.
• Experience in developing and deploying FileNet server side extensions (Subscriptions, Events).
• Experience in deploying FileNet based web apps in WebSphere application server.
• Experience in deploying FileNet assets using FileNet Deployment Manager (FDM).
• Experience in implementing workflow using IBM Content Navigator (ICN).
• GCP: Containerized deployment of FileNet Components on OpenShift
• Knowledge of FileNet API
• Knowledge of ICN Java/JS API.
